Start from your hotel (7:30am) → "Usidoko-moisyo" (visiting the shrine) → "Yaku-unsui" (the water of life) → Start to walk from the parking lot → "Hiryu-otoshi" (a small waterfall) → "Nidai-oosugi" (a second genereationed big cedar) → "Sanbon-ashi-sugi" (a cedar which has three legs!?) → "Bibinko-sugi" ("bibinko" means carrying a child on the father's shoulder) → "Sanbon-yari-sugi" (the cedar looks like the three spearhead rising into the sky) → "Bugyou-sugi" (the biggest cedar in the forest!) → "Nidai-kuguri-sugi" (you can pass under the cedar) → "Nanahon-sugi" ("nanahon" means seven) → The forest of princess "Mononoke" → "Tuji-touge" (the mountain pass) → "Taiko-iwa" (the view point you can see the highest mountain, "Miyanoura-dake") → "Tsuji-touge" → "Kusugawa-hodou" ("Kusugawa-trekking-pass") → arrive at the parking lot (4:00~5:00pm) → to your hotel

You need to train your stamina and flexibility. The training prevent to hurt you from occuring.

Lunch (We prepare it for you!)
Rain wear (It must be durable, separates into upper and lower part, and with the hood. It often rains hard.)
Backpack (It holds 30L, can carry a rain wear, food, a camera etc.)
Plastic bag (A few of big and small one. If it rains, you will pack your things with the big plastic bag inside of the backpack.)
Shoes (It must be a trekking shoes.)
Pants (It must be flexible and quick dry.)
